User responsibilities
a. Property Owners/Landlords: As a property owner/landlord, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your property, complying with local laws and regulations, and promptly addressing tenant inquiries or concerns related to the property.
b. Tenants: As a tenant, you agree to comply with the terms of your lease agreement, pay rent on time, report maintenance issues promptly, and maintain the property in a reasonable and satisfactory condition.
Fees and payments
a. Property Owners/Landlords: Our property management services are subject to applicable fees, which will be communicated to you separately. You agree to pay the agreed-upon fees as outlined in our fee structure, either as a fixed amount or a percentage of the rental income, as specified in our agreement.
b. Tenants: As a tenant, you agree to pay rent and any other applicable charges as outlined in your lease agreement. Late payment fees or charges for damages beyond normal wear and tear may apply as stated in the lease.
Limitation of liability
Second Home strives to provide reliable and professional property management services. However, we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of our services. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any issues related to the managed properties.
Confidentiality and data protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, use, and store personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Termination
